Autonomy - Fleet Management App
Autonomy is an electric vehicle subscription app that consumers can use to research and subscribe to electric vehicles. Autonomy buys the cars directly from OEMs and then transports them to subscription customers.
To enable the tracking, movement, and conditioning of vehicles, managing customer appointments, and activating paid customers, the Autonomy fleet team uses the custom Autonomy Fleet App to accomplish these tasks in the field.
The app uses location, and device hardware features, to facilitate asset management and customer scheduling.
I designed the original application feature set detailed below and led additional designers to expand the feature set based on user feedback and changing business needs.

Customers
The lives of Autonomy customers are busy, and often their scheduled appointment times need to change. It takes a bit of effort to shuffle a garage full of tens of vehicles, so real-time access to upcoming appointments ability to adapt to changes is necessary for the Fleet app.

For consumers, the last step in getting an EV from Autonomy is to check out at one of our delivery centers or remotely at home. The fleet app seamlessly enables this checkout by scanning the customer's QR code to validate, authenticate, and confirm successful delivery.

Vehicles
Since Autonomy has purchased over a thousand vehicles worth over $70 million, it's critically important for the entire business to have real-time awareness of vehicle location from the moment the purchase order is completed.
The map provides the status and location for telematics reported and expected destinations based on the subscription lifecycle.

Our fleet includes many of the same year, make, model, and color at the same location. I designed a quick interface for finding and identifying specific cars.

Additional Features
As I grew the product design team, I led additional designers to create features for VIN scanning, onboarding different fleet members, and notifications.
